By accessing or using CommitPosts ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
CommitPosts is an AI-powered changelog generator that connects to your GitHub repositories and generates user-facing changelog entries from merged pull requests.
You must sign in with a GitHub account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity under it.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: attempting to reverse-engineer the Service, using it for unlawful purposes, or circumventing plan limits through fraudulent means.
Paid plans are billed monthly through Lemon Squeezy. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
You retain ownership of all content you create using the Service, including generated changelogs. CommitPosts retains ownership of the platform, software, and technology.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms at our discretion, with or without notice.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
CommitPosts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
